The second volume presenting the seals of Dr. Savvas Kofopoulos includes the bullae of dignitaries, those relating to the Church, and those bearing a patronymic. The collection has grown significantly since the publication of the first volume and now approaches 3,500 seals. In the final part of this Volume II, the seals corresponding to the first four chapters of Volume I have been added, following the same system of continuous numbering. Volume II therefore contains 1,024 entries representing 1,162 bullae, taking into account parallels. It is supplemented by indexes that incorporate the 679 entries of Volume I. These volumes constitute a primary source of the highest importance for the institutions of the Eastern Roman Empire and for the upper strata of its society.
